- Year: 2995. Amamiya Ryu, a 20 year-old Japanese guy created a mini chip, which ran a super program, called Amamiya Tech (AT). AT was a completely new concept of artificial intelligence, which enabled computers, and robots acting like human beings with a multiply ability and speed. An artificial intelligence in AT could finish an assignment 10 times faster than an expert with the possibility of error was NONE. Not to mention that AT was able to work 24 hours non-stop in doing a job.
Nobody knows about Amamiya, what is his background story, family, education, where did he get the funds for his research, etc, but thanks to his invention, he became famous in no time.
After his AT became famous, many giant industries from the countries and government all over the world, including Japan, where he is originated, trying to offer funds and cooperation for manufacturing his product. But strangely enough, he always reject the offers from Japan, while he accept from others. That makes the Japan government became insulted and started to reject him. - August 18th, 2996. Amamiya Ryu founded a company in Arctic, called: Amamiya High Tech. Co. It produced super computers and robots for various kinds of purposes, such as military, industry, office and home needs. That new trend swept the world like an epidemic. Many people became depending on the artificial intelligence. The inevitable negative effects, which appeared later on, were the raising of unemployed human resource and criminal cases.
Why Arctic? Because for manufacturing the AT, it needs cold and isolated place. Arctic is the perfect place, and since he is hated by the Japan government, of course he has no place in his ex-country anymore. - December 7th, 2998. "Anti-AT Organization" (AATO) was founded and led by Prof. Vincent Maxwell from USA. This organization campaigned the importance of getting harmonized with nature for human being. They were against the using of AT. Therefore, they created the new technology where people still played the major roles in finishing a job.
- Year: 3000. The conflicts between pro-AT countries and pro-AATO countries got worsening. Neo Russia, South East Asian countries; Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Papua Nugini and most countries from the third world stayed behind the AT. They needed the technology to help them run their countries. While People's Republic of China, Japan and Western Europe joined the AATO. In USA, where AATO was born, more than three quarters of its citizens were on AT side. The AATO members who were out of numbers were forced to run away to other pro-AATO countries. The headquarters of AATO itself had been moved to Shanghai, People's Republic of China by Prof. Maxwell. In the same year, Amamiya Ryu proclaimed his own country called: Tenka Area with the main base of AT as the capital in the Arctic. Those loyal followers of AT became Tenka Area commonwealth countries.
- November, 3001. Prof. Maxwell discovered a gigantic meteor, which rammed the Earth million years ago and caused the dinosaurs became extinct, in Tianshan, People's Republic of China. A few months afterwards, the similar meteors were also found in other countries like: Germany, USA, U.K and Japan. The search and research on the meteors were still carried on to produce Nerves Control System robots, which later were popular as NevConS.
- March, 3002. The producing of NevConS started but due to the lack of Nervonium (the material that extracted from the meteors), the first generation of the robots were only 30 units.
- January, 3003. The influence of AATO increased beyond what Amamiya Ryu had expected. The popularity of AT was slowly but sure going down. Having been worried of being shoved aside with the existence of AATO, Amamiya Ryu declared war against AATO countries. Then, the Tech World War history, which brought the destruction of human civilization begun...

Hi all! This is my first deviation here. 
I made this story a long time ago, back when I still in university.
Too bad, I stopped at the prologue (which I will upload it here soon) because of many reasons, but I promise I'll continue this story again, so please wait.
